Tilly was a Gnome. She was called a Guardian. Tilly was matched with a little girl names Layla. Tilly was not ready for a challenge like Layla. Layla was a strong-willed, very stubborn, and independent little girl. Layla was always getting into trouble. Layla had trouble at school and at home. She wanted to do things her way. She had trouble at gymnastics and at swimming. Tilly saw that Layla needed to be in control. Tilly would use her magic to help Layla accept that she could not always be in control.
