JONATHAN PASSMORE is Professor of Coaching and Behavioral Change at Henley Business School. An internationally recognized leader in coaching psychology and background in leadership at PWC, IBM, CoachHub and EZRA. He has authored over 250 peer-reviewed papers and 45 books, including The Coaches' Handbook and The Ethical Coaches' Handbook. His work spans research, practice, and organizational development across the coaching field. ANDREA GIRALDEZ-HAYES is Associate Professor and Course Director for the MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge. A chartered psychologist, psychotherapist, and educator, she has authored multiple books and research papers on coaching psychology and the psychological benefits of the arts. Throughout her career, Andrea has served as a guest lecturer and independent community arts consultant in multiple countries.
