Lucy Knisley is a critically acclaimed and award-winning comic creator. She lives in Chicago. She specializes in personal, confessional graphic novels and travelogues. She has made comics for various anthologies and publications, including a number of pieces for Marvel and Valiant comics, and a series of backstories and covers for the Adventure Time comics from Boom Studios. Her work has appeared in a number of anthologies, such as The Letter Q, Nursery Rhyme Comics, I Saw You, and Noisemakers.
Hailing from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Kate Leth began publishing comics online in 2011. After building an audience on tumblr with their autobiographical work and regular comics for now-defunct geek hub ComicsAlliance, they wrote three Adventure Time graphic novels for KaBoom! including the Marceline-centric Seeing Red, which made the NYT Bestseller list for Graphic Novels. In addition, they penned three volumes of Bravest Warriors, a Fraggle Rock collection, and drew several covers, backup stories and more.
From there, Kate pursued comics from every angle. They’re best known for three volumes of Marvel’s Patsy Walker: AKA Hellcat, IDW’s Edward Scissorhands, original series Spell on Wheels from Dark Horse, as well as the webcomic Valley Ghouls. Jen Wang is the award-winning New York Times bestselling author and illustrator of several graphic novels for young readers including Stargazing, The Prince and the Dressmaker, In Real Life (co-written with Cory Doctorow), and Koko Be Good. She is also a co-founder and organizer for Comic Arts LA. She lives in Los Angeles.
Britt Wilson is an Eisner and Harvey Award–nominated letterer, cartoonist, and illustrator living in Toronto. On top of her continuing work for BOOM! Studios on various comics and series (including the six-issue miniseries Fionna and Cake, and Becky and Frank's Capture Creatures), she's also released two of her own graphic novels, Cat Dad, King of the Goblins, and Britt Wilson's Greatest Book on Earth.
