He has worked with Taj Hotels, The Park Hotels, Oxford Brookes University, Premier Inn, Whitbread, and others. Chef Sharma has extensively published nationally and internationally in the areas of culinary heritage, sustainability, gastronomic tourism, slow food, and food cost control.
