Ruth M Stacey is a mother, teacher, and writer based in Somerset. Before this anthology, she has written a healing memoir on Postpartum Psychosis and recovery, 'Everyone is here to help' and is currently working on a children's book for those whose mothers spend time in Mother and Baby Units. @Dichotomyofmepoetry was launched in January 2023 and Ruth's writing focuses on the wonderful highs and crashing lows of navigating motherhood and mental health, picking out the small wonders in life that bring us the most joy and hope.
