Many will remember this classic about St. Joseph. Twenty years into the 21st century, Saint Joseph is emerging in modern Catholic awareness as a figure of mighty and shining importance: Patron of Families, Terror of Demons, Patron of the Dying, Fathers, and Virgins, Patron of the Universal Church. He is also intimately connected with Fatima, having appeared there with the Child Jesus. The 16th century prophecy by St. Isidore of Isolanis, a pious Dominican, said that the sound of victory will not be heard in the Church Militant until the faithful recognize the sanctity of St. Joseph. God the Father chose St. Josephh to be his representative. He trusted St. Joseph with His Son Jesus, and Blessed Mother Mary.
God the Son, help us to know, to love, and to serve your putative father, St. Joseph. Dearest Mother Mary, pray for us to come to know and to love your holy spouse, St. Joseph. Holy Spirit enlighten us in all holy Truth.
