»Choice of Legal Recourse in State Liability Law. At the same Time a Contribution to the Understanding of Art. 34 Sentence 3 of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz)«: This work examines the reasonableness and admissibility of the choice of legal recourse in state liability law. Initiated by the draft of a so-called adhesion procedure, questions of the allocation of jurisdiction arise, which can be considered and answered both in terms of legal policy and legal doctrine. The focus here is also on the question of the extent to which Art. 34 sentence 3 of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz) precludes a reconsideration of the division of jurisdiction.
