Gina Di Malta is a counselling psychologist, international researcher and senior lecturer in psychotherapy and counselling at the Open University. She is Editor-in-Chief of the international peer-reviewed journal 'Counselling and Psychotherapy Research', and former Editor-in-Chief of the British Psychological Society's peer-reviewed research publication 'Counselling Psychology Review'. Gina's research is aimed at the developments of humanistic psychotherapy, in particular processes within the therapeutic relationship that empower clients. Mick Cooper is an internationally recognised author, trainer, and consultant in the field of person-centred, existential, and relational therapies. He is a Chartered Psychologist, and Professor of Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton. Maureen O'Hara is Professor of Psychology Emerita at National University, California. In the 1970s and 1980s she worked closely with Carl Rogers developing relational person-centred theory, co-facilitating large group encounters and training psychotherapists in many countries. Her current work explores impacts of global cultural shifts on development and emotional well-being and a possible role for PCA practice and theory in cultural transformation. Susan Stephen is lecturer in Counselling and Director of the Strathclyde Counselling and Psychotherapy Research Clinic. Yana Gololob, MA in Psychology, is a trainer of the Ukrainian Umbrella Association of Psychotherapists, lecturer of Ukrainian Psychotherapy University, and a person-centred psychotherapist in private practice. As a current Board member of the World Association for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling, she is involved in the development of the PCA both in Ukraine and around the world. |
