The key active vocabulary sets for each unit appear in pictures which students label to help them learn the new words. The active word sets are listed with German translations and 'word tips' encourage good vocabulary learning strategies. There is also an English - German and German - English wordlist containing all the words in the Student's Book and Workbook. The grammar reference is bilingual and contains explanations and examples.
