With hierarchical authority, the largest and most influential corporations of the Three Galaxies have formed an unbreakable hold over trade and commerce with rules and regulations that mustn't be questioned. To enforce their hold and to keep peace among the workers and the corporate owners, they have created the Inter-Galaxy Command.
